On Relativism
No one can live as an absolute relativist. Conscious life requires constant decision-making, even if those decisions are often subconscious.
Getting out of bed in the morning, to start with, requires numerous decisions: Am I capable of getting up? Is it worth getting up? Is there a floor on which to place my feet? Is the world around me real, or am I a "living" delusion? If the latter, what is my motive for "acting" in this pseudo-drama of surreality? One must decide, and act accordingly. The only alternative is ceasing to exist.
"What is truth?" (John 18:38b).
