HELP! How do I change the gmail account linked to my blog?

I'm getting fed up with internet help groups. Everywhere I look, they're outdated. I can't even seem to particpate in the Google help groups without having to set up a new screen name every single time. So if you have ANY helpful information, PLEASE HELP! I'm desperate.
